Whistleblower channel

Nauterra has made this whistleblowing channel available to all its stakeholders so that they can report, confidentially and without fear of reprisals, any possible irregularity or breach of the Nauterra Code of Business Ethics. Use of the channel is voluntary and claims are to be made at all times in good faith. Nauterra’s whistleblowing channel is managed by an independent third party (NAVEX) through an external platform (Ethicspoint) to guarantee the confidentiality of communications. Nauterra’s Ethics Committee is in charge of resolving the issues raised, ensuring due investigation of potential irregularities and evaluating the conclusions.
